· Reservations can be made by calling us at +254 720 945400 or +254 700 945400.
· Reservations are recommend to secure preferred seats.
· Reservations are available from 12:00 pm - 8:30 pm. Please note that our kitchen closes at 9:00 pm and drinks can be ordered until 10:00 pm.
· Reservations will only be held for 15 minutes after the reservation time. Your reservation will be cancelled after 15 minutes.
· If you need to cancel your reservation for any reason, please let us know as soon as possible.
Note
· Due to limited space, we may not be able to accomodate large groups. Also, we are not able to store guests' personal belongings.
2. Can we walk in without a reservation?
- Yes, walk-ins are welcome! We keep some seating available for walk in guests each day and night. Please remember we have very limited seating.
- When you arrive, please speak to our host to be added to the list.
3. How to Order Takeout or Delivery
- To place a pickup order, please review our menu and call us to order.
- Delivery is available within the Karen area only. We may not be able to deliver to certain outer parts of Karen.
- We do not work with Uber Eats or Glovo, as their commissions are unsustainable for us. Instead, we offer free delivery to your home with our own rider.
4. Do you sell gift vouchers?
- Yes, gift vouchers are available for purchase in person. We do not have digital gift vouchers at this time.
5. Can I Bring My Own Cake for a Special Occasion?
- We offer a selection of desserts; however, you are welcome to bring a small cake for your celebration if you have a reservation and notify us in advance. There is no fee for bringing a cake, other types of outside food are not permitted.
6. Can I bring my own wine?
- You may bring your own wine, Corkage fee is Ksh1000, unopened bottle of wine only. The limit per bottle cannot exceed 750 ml. Other types of liquor or wine listed in the restaurant menu are not permitted.
7. Do you offer catering?
- Sorry, we do not offer catering services.
8. Are You Open on Holidays?
- We are open on holidays, except for New Year's Day. Any changes to our hours or closures will be posted on our website and social media accounts closer to the dates.
